Owner, Julia Morgan, started Frankie & Jules (formerly known as Nine One Three) in October of 2006 because of her passion for fashion and her parents support. Her dream has always been to start her own business and after studying fashion and marketing in college and working as a buyer, she decided it was time to do just that. After months of work and research she was ready to bring what she found to the Kansas City area.

Frankie & Jules is Kansas City's newest fashion source for the practical and fashion-forward woman. We offer a combination of the latest trends in women's apparel from both coasts, featuring basic, casual classics to unique, eye-catching styles with affordable price tags.
